The Snapshot feature allows lawyers or timekeepers to view their own lawyer balance summary report and time entries in a given date range while restricting access to viewing the figures associated to other lawyers.  The lawyer balance summary includes information such as unbilled, billed, receipts, and write-offs for month and year to date.  The feature is convenient because it allows individuals to view their own financial numbers eliminating the need for them to request them from the accounting department.
