From time to time, you may need to uninstall esiLaw 360 and reinstall it. If you are instructed to reinstall esiLaw 360, follow these instructions.
Step 1: Go to your Windows Control Panel and select “Uninstall a Program”.
Step 2: Find esiLaw 360 and right-click the application to select “Uninstall”.
Follow the uninstall prompts that appear on the screen.
You may see an option for esiLaw Maintenance when you select Uninstall/Change. If so, from the esiLaw 360 Maintenance window, select “Remove the application from this computer” then “OK”.
Once uninstalled, you do not have to reboot your computer but can reboot if you are having any issues uninstalling. You may also require internal IT support to uninstall, depending on your company’s security settings.
Step 3: Reinstall esiLaw 360 from install.esilaw.com. Select the red install button to proceed.
Step 4: Find the installed application on your browser downloads and open the download.
Note: Different browsers save downloads in different locations. The screenshot below shows the download on Google Chrome.
Step 5: Follow the download prompts that appear on the screen. You may require internal IT support to install, depending on your company’s security settings.
After the setup file is done select the option:
- Cloud or On-Premises (Most customers are on Cloud. If you are On-Premise you should see your server)
